無話可說。 這是芬蘭復活節的傳統甜品 mämmi。 希望你電腦有這個 ä吧，這個 a 加兩點只在歐洲某些地方使用，充滿著異國風情。所以它的讀音是像「媽咪」，不要那麼正音。


由黑麥、水和麥芽組成，發酵過後變黑。它外相令人涶涎三尺，人生必試。其實香港也有黑黑的、怪怪的食物，但我從無看過屎狀的物體。味道還好吧……黑麥的酸蠻強烈的。（為什麼會把它叫作甜點﹖）


這回我是因為它有營養。同時亦想知道它如何健康，芬蘭人常倒厚厚的奶油或香草醬嘛……今次是我四年後第二次品嚐。上回是2008年，討厭；現在2012年，我接受了。


接受不等於喜愛。

I don't know what to say. This is the traditional Finnish Easter dessert, mämmi. I hope you can read the ä in this word, because this "a" with two dots appears only in some parts of Europe, which makes it more exotic. Therefore, this black pit is pronounced as maem-mi (something like that) not mam-mi.


Made of rye, water and malt, after fermentation it somehow turns black. It looks definitely mouthwatering and one of the dishes you must try in your lifetime. Okay, we have something black or odd-looking back in Hong Kong but I simply cant recall anything that resembles sh**. Taste is oookay. You can taste the intensity of sourness from rye. (How can it even be dessert??)


I ate it this time due to health benefits. I wonder at the same time how healthy can it be when all Finns pour keenly sugary sweet sauce or cream over it...This is my second mämmi trial after four years. Last time in 2008, I hated it. Now 2012, I have accepted it. 


Acceptance does not equal to fondness.
